Yaa...We know that, the autoplay of the CD maybe really annoying sometimes...Do you ever thought of removing this Option...If so , read ahead.
This is for Windows:
1) Start
2) Run
3) gpedit.msc
4) Computer config
5) Administrative template
6) System
Double click on - "Turn off autoplay"
Enable
If you change your mind sometimes, just do Disable on end of this instead Enable.
