How to delete "RUN"

I dont even think of a case where you want to remove the RUN. But if you are an exception and if you want to remove the RUN from the start menu, here is the steps:

1) Start
2) Run
3) Regedit
4) Move to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

5) Double click on "NoRun" and change "ValueData" from 0 to 1.

6) Close Regedit, and restart computer.
