Windows Shuts down slow and if you have a Nvidia GFX card

Do have Windows XP and it shutdowns slowly, and you have NVidia graphic card, this may be the problem. When computer starts, it automatically starts "NVidia driver helper service", and it wont shut down properly. So do these steps:

I. Go to Control panel- Administrative tools- Services.

II. Right click on NVidia driver helper service, and chose "STOP".

III. On Startup type, chose - "MANUAL".

IV. Apply- OK.
